Plastic pollution in the ocean is a growing problem. One of the big culprits is straws. In an attempt to curb the problem, the EU has introduced a directive against single-use plastics, and since July 3 this year, countries are no longer allowed to put plastic straws on the market. For entrepreneur Eyoel Lundberg, this was good news. He claims to have found the perfect replacement – and that innovation comes from the sea.
