Hetta upp en stekpanna p\u00e5 medel v\u00e4rme. H\u00e4ll sesamfr\u00f6n i en torr och varm stekpanna (inget stekfett beh\u00f6vs h\u00e4r). R\u00f6r d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 i fr\u00f6na och rosta dem tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Blanda alla ingredienser till marinaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Koka upp 1 liter vatten med 1 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger eller vitvinsvin\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sk\u00e4r en bit sockert\u00e5ng i 5 cm l\u00e5nga bitar (eller anv\u00e4nd torkad sockert\u00e5ng).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. N\u00e4r vattnet kokar l\u00e4gger du i t\u00e5ngen och l\u00e5ter den sm\u00e5koka n\u00e5gra minuter. Ju gr\u00f6vre t\u00e5ngen \u00e4r desto l\u00e4ngre tid beh\u00f6ver den koka, s\u00e5 smaka dig fram till en lagom konsistens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Ta av fr\u00e5n plattan och h\u00e4ll av t\u00e5ng en och vattnet genom ett durkslag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Sk\u00f6lj av i kallt vatten eller l\u00e5t det svalna en liten stund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk t\u00e5ng. Rulla ihop t\u00e5ngen i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4ta rullar och sk\u00e4r i s\u00e5 sm\u00e5 bitar\/strimlor du kan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Blanda i gurkan s\u00e5 n\u00e4ra servering som m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojamajonnas\">Sojamajonn\u00e4s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda ihop alla ingredienser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-friterade-ostron-0\">Friterade ostron<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. \u00d6ppna ostronen och l\u00e5t dem rinna av en stund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Doppa ostronen f\u00f6rst i vetemj\u00f6l, sedan i det uppvispade \u00e4gget och sist i panko eller str\u00f6br\u00f6d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. H\u00e4ll upp frityrolja i en kastrull s\u00e5 att det \u00e4r ca 5 cm djupt med olja. V\u00e4rm upp oljan s\u00e5 att den blir riktigt varm. Om du har en k\u00f6kstermometer s\u00e5 \u00e4r det bra. M\u00e4t d\u00e5 temperaturen till 180 grader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. L\u00e4gg i 4 ostron i taget och f\u00e5nga upp dem med en h\u00e5lslev n\u00e4r de \u00e4r gyllenbruna. L\u00e4gg ostronen p\u00e5 en tallrik med hush\u00e5llspapper s\u00e5 att oljan kan rinna av.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
