Pastan drar \u00e5t sig musslornas s\u00e4lta och tomaternas s\u00f6tma samtidigt som du f\u00e5r det lilla extra stinget av r\u00f6d chili.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 portioner | 45 minuter&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredienser\">Ingredienser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1 n\u00e4t bl\u00e5musslor (ca 1 kg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tomater<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 mor\u00f6tter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 klyftor vitl\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 stj\u00e4lkar stj\u00e4lkselleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 r\u00f6d chili (mild)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 msk olivolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 burk krossade tomater<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 msk \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 msk str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 msk torkad oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt och peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 portioner spaghetti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl riven parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 dl hackad persilja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gor-sa-har\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Tv\u00e4tta och rensa musslorna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Ta en ugnsform, l\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5ts papper i botten p\u00e5 formen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sk\u00e4r tomaterna i halvor. Sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften och sedan i tunna skivor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Tv\u00e4tta mor\u00f6tterna (skala dem bara om skalet \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt d\u00e5ligt) och sk\u00e4r dem i stavar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Skala vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna, l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan och tryck dem mot sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan med den platta sidan av en kniv s\u00e5 att de \u201cmosas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Sk\u00e4r stj\u00e4lksellerin i 1\/2 cm tjocka skivor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Sk\u00e4r chilin f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. Ta ur k\u00e4rnorna. Sk\u00e4r sedan i centimeter stora bitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. L\u00e4gg alla gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 ugns pl\u00e5ten och ringla \u00f6ver oljan. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen ca 20 min. Stick i gr\u00f6nsakerna med en kniv f\u00f6r att se att de \u00e4r helt mjuka. D\u00e5 \u00e4r de klara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Ta f\u00f6rsiktigt ut pl\u00e5ten. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det \u00e4r varmt och kan komma mycket \u00e5nga fr\u00e5n gr\u00f6nsakerna n\u00e4r du \u00f6ppnar ugnsluckan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. H\u00e4ll ner gr\u00f6nsakerna i en mixer, tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater och mixa allting tills det \u00e4r ganska sl\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. H\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen i en kastrull och v\u00e4rm den p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. &nbsp;Tills\u00e4tt vin\u00e4ger, socker, oregano, salt och peppar. Smaka f\u00f6rsiktigt och k\u00e4nn efter om du tycker det skall vara mer salt eller peppar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. &nbsp;L\u00e4gg i musslorna i s\u00e5sen, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t dem sjuda i s\u00e5sen 35 min tills alla musslor har \u00f6ppnat sig ordentligt.
