H\u00e4r serveras den med bl\u00e5musslor, pak choi och sojamarinerade \u00e4gg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 portioner | 45 minuter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredienser\">Ingredienser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sojamarinerade \u00e4gg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl japansk soja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl mirin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 n\u00e4t bl\u00e5musslor (ca 1 kg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 l vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 msk kycklingfond eller gr\u00f6nsaksfond eller 2 buljongt\u00e4rningar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 salladsl\u00f6kar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 g ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spadet fr\u00e5n musslorna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 dl torkade sockert\u00e5ngsflingor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tsk japansk soja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tsk sesamolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 pak choi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 portioner nudlar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-till-servering\">Till servering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 salladsl\u00f6ksstj\u00e4lkar, tunt skivade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 r\u00f6d chili skuren i sm\u00e5 bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hackad f\u00e4rsk koriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furikake&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gor-sa-har\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sojamarinerade-agg\">Sojamarinerade \u00e4gg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sojamarinerade \u00e4gg beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rberedas i god tid. De skall marineras i 6-12 timmar i sojablandningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Koka upp vatten, l\u00e4gg i \u00e4ggen och koka i 6 minuter. N\u00e4r de svalnat skalar du dem och l\u00e4gger dem i en 2 liters plastp\u00e5se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Blanda soja, mirin och vatten och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00e4ggen. Knyt p\u00e5sen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen i 6-12 timmar. H\u00e4ll sedan av marinaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Dela \u00e4ggen p\u00e5 mitten precis innan serveringen av din ramen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ramen\">Ramen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Tv\u00e4tta och rensa musslorna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. V\u00e4rm upp en rymlig kastrull p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme och l\u00e4gg i &nbsp;musslorna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 locket. R\u00f6r om bland musslorna d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 och v\u00e4nta tills de har \u00f6ppnat sig (3\u20135 minuter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. H\u00e4ll musslorna i ett durkslag och ta vara p\u00e5 musselspadet. St\u00e4ll &nbsp;musslorna \u00e5t sidan medan du f\u00f6rbereder buljongen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sk\u00e4r b\u00e5de det gr\u00f6na och vita p\u00e5 salladsl\u00f6karna i skivor. Sk\u00e4r vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna i mindre bitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Skala ingef\u00e4ran och sk\u00e4r den i mindre bitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Koka upp vatten, fond\/buljong med gr\u00f6nsakerna och musselspadet. L\u00e5t det koka p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i ca 20\u201330 min (buljongen f\u00e5r en fylligare smak ju l\u00e4ngre du kokar den).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. H\u00e4ll av gr\u00f6nsakerna i ett durkslag och ta vara p\u00e5 buljongen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Sk\u00e4r varje pak choi i fyra delar p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Tills\u00e4tt sojan, sesamoljan och sockert\u00e5ngsflingorna i buljongen och koka pac choien mjuk i buljongen. L\u00e5t musslorna bli uppv\u00e4rmda i buljongen en liten stund innan du serverar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. &nbsp;Koka dina nudlar enligt beskrivningen p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. &nbsp;L\u00e4gg f\u00f6rst nudlar i botten p\u00e5 en djup portionssk\u00e5l. D\u00e4refter pak choi, musslor och det kokta \u00e4gget.
