H\u00e4r f\u00e5r den smak av r\u00f6kta musslor ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r bacon.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 portioner | 60 minuter&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredienser\">Ingredienser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6kta musslor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 n\u00e4t bl\u00e5musslor (ca 1 kg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>r\u00f6ksp\u00e5n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aluminiumform<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soppa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 mj\u00f6liga potatisar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 stj\u00e4lkar blekselleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong eller kycklingbuljong<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 lagerblad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsk timjan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5gra droppar tabasco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spadet fr\u00e5n de r\u00f6kta musslorna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 &nbsp;dl hackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 dl hackad persilja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt och peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krutonger med havssallat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 skivor vitt br\u00f6d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 msk torkad havssallat som bl\u00f6ts upp i lite vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 msk hackade selleriblad (\u00f6versta delen p\u00e5 stj\u00e4lksellerin som anv\u00e4nds till soppan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 dl olivolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gor-sa-har\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rokta-musslor\">R\u00f6kta musslor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. T\u00e4nd en grill med grillkol. Samla kolen p\u00e5 den ena sidan av grillen. Fukta ca 2 dl r\u00f6ksp\u00e5n med 3\u20134 msk vatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Tv\u00e4tta och rensa musslorna och l\u00e4gg dem i en &nbsp;aluminiumform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. N\u00e4r kolen b\u00f6rjar bli gr\u00e5 st\u00e4ller du aluminiumformen \u00f6ver den halvan av grillen d\u00e4r det inte \u00e4r kol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. H\u00e4ll h\u00e4lften av de fuktade r\u00f6ksp\u00e5nen p\u00e5 kolen och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 locket p\u00e5 grillen. L\u00e5t ena ventilen p\u00e5 grillens lock vara \u00f6ppen s\u00e5 att r\u00f6ken kommer ut. Efter en stund h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 resten av r\u00f6ksp\u00e5nen p\u00e5 grillkolen och st\u00e4nger locket igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Efter 20\u201330 minuter, eller n\u00e4r alla musslorna har \u00f6ppnat sig, tar du ut aluminiumformen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Ta vara p\u00e5 musselspadet i botten av formen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-soppa\">Soppa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Skala och sk\u00e4r potatisen i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. Finhacka l\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken och stj\u00e4lksellerin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 musselspad, buljong, gr\u00e4dde, lagerblad och timjan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. L\u00e5t koka tills potatisen \u00e4r helt mjuk (ca 15 minuter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t. Tills\u00e4tt salt och svartpeppar och tabasco tills du tycker att det smakar gott.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-krutonger-med-havssallat\">Krutonger med havssallat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 220 grader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Sk\u00e4r br\u00f6det i t\u00e4rningar (ca 2&#215;2 cm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Sk\u00e4r den uppbl\u00f6tta havssallaten och bladen fr\u00e5n stj\u00e4lksellerin i mindre bitar och blanda med olivoljan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Blanda br\u00f6dbitar och oljan i en liten sk\u00e5l och r\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 att oljan och det gr\u00f6na f\u00e4ster runt alla br\u00f6dbitarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. H\u00e4ll ut br\u00f6dbitarna p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e5t dem rosta i ugnen tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna. V\u00e4nd runt lite d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, ca 5-10 &nbsp;min. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite salt n\u00e4r det \u00e4r klart.
